Gigabit Optical Repeater
Product Overview
An optical repeater, commonly known as a "repeater" or "OEO (Optical-Electrical-Optical)" unit, is a device that converts optical signals into electrical signals and then reconverts them back into optical signals for retransmission. It effectively splits a long-distance point-to-point optical fiber transmission into two shorter segments, thereby ensuring the integrity of the optical signal over extended distances.
Fholink Technology offers a range of optical repeaters, primarily including Gigabit and 10-Gigabit models.
Product Applications
1. Optical fiber relay transmission
2. Single-mode to multi-mode optical signal conversion
3. Wavelength conversion
4. Optical-to-electrical signal conversion
