HD-SDI High-Definition Video Optical Terminal Equipment
Product Overview
The primary function of the HD-SDI Fiber Optic Transceiver is to convert high-definition video signals into optical signals for transmission.
The 12Gbps HD-SDI Transceiver launched by Fuhong Guangtong Technology complies with SMPTE ST 2082-1 (12G UHD-SDI), ST 2081-1 (6G UHD-SDI), SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 297M, SMPTE 305M, and SMPTE 310M standards. It automatically identifies 12G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, and ASI inputs without manual selection. Featuring a compact size, portability, and ease of use, it is suitable for long-distance transmission of 4K signals.
Key Features
1. Devices operate in paired sets: video input at the local end corresponds to video output at the remote end.
2. Supports 12G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, and ASI signal formats.
3. Signal input features automatic cable equalization, and output features cable driving capability.
4. Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with an additional 12G-SDI video output port and provide LED indicators showing SDI signal status.
5. Video interfaces provide three-stage lightning protection, capable of passing the ITU-T K.21 (10/700 μs) test: common mode 6KV, impedance (40 Ω).
6. Utilizes an external AC 220V/5V power adapter; an external DC -48V/5V power adapter can also be used.
