Product Overview
The FPV (W5) Drone-Specific Optical Transceiver employs a cost-effective domestic FPGA and fiber optic transmission technology to enable long-distance, lossless transmission of CVBS video signals and TTL control signals, ensuring smoother video output. It supports transmission distances of up to 120 kilometers, making it suitable for complex electromagnetic environments such as drone racing, aerial photography, and industrial inspection.
The product consists of two paired units: an Air Unit (TX 1310 nm) and a Ground Unit (RX 1550 nm). The Air Unit connects to the drone, while the Ground Unit connects to the controller. Utilizing optical fiber as a high-speed, low-latency data transmission medium, it enables the real-time transmission of high-definition video footage captured by the drone back to the ground control station, providing pilots with an immersive flight experience. Leveraging fiber's ultra-large bandwidth, exceptional resistance to interference, and extremely low latency significantly enhances the performance and application scope of FPV drones.
