Product Overview

 

The FPV (W5) Drone-Specific Optical Transceiver utilizes a cost-effective domestic FPGA and fiber optic transmission technology to achieve long-distance, lossless transmission of CVBS video signals and TTL control signals, ensuring smoother video output. It supports a maximum transmission distance of up to 120 kilometers and is suitable for complex electromagnetic environments such as drone racing, aerial photography, and industrial inspection.

 

The product consists of two paired units: an Air Unit (TX 1310 nm) and a Ground Unit (RX 1550 nm). The Air Unit connects to the drone, while the Ground Unit connects to the controller. By using optical fiber as a high-speed, low-latency data transmission medium, it enables real-time transmission of high-definition video captured by the drone back to the ground control station, providing pilots with an immersive flight experience. Leveraging the ultra-large bandwidth, superior anti-interference capability, and extremely low latency of fiber optic transmission, it significantly enhances the performance and application scope of FPV drones.
